I’m not getting full credit or in some cases any credit for my steps for the challenges I am participating in. I’ve been syncing my Fitbit and logging in regularly. Please advise.
Sorry for any concerns regarding your challenge steps. I am able to see your Fitbit information and was able to pull all data over since 1/1/2020. Usually it is a 24-48 hour cycle for the steps to update throughout the day.
