I have tried several times to log into my account and the 2 step verification wont send the codes to my phone! I used a PC and an android with the same results. I really need to access my account! please help!
Are you attempting to login on the app or website? If you are trying on the application unfortunately you do not have access to the application since you are Medicare. All Medicare members have access to the website only.
I am logging into the website via PC/desktop through chrome. There is a 2 step verification process that wont send the verification codes to my phone and I can’t access my account at all! Just fix it, please!
