My Go365 app is not updating, unable to log in on my laptop because I do not receive confirmation texts on my phone.

Hello, I have used the Go365 app loyally for nearly two years. For the past few months, I have noticed my Points and Bucks totals have not been updating.  I planned to log in on my laptop today to initiate a chat with one of your helpful associates but I can not log in because I am not receiving the "Confirm Your Device" codes on my cell phone.  I confirmed my cell phone # on file is correct.  Please contact me so we can resolve the technical problem and I can resume using the Go365 app.  Thank you, Tammy
