This doesn’t update more than it works and wife’s phone won’t get the text to confirm anything to work
We apologize for any concerns. I am not sure I am fully understanding the issue. Is this for your account or your wife? I would suggest trying on the website first to make sure the username and password are correct. Also, I suggest doing this on your own device instead of your wife's. Please reach out or call our customer service phone line for further hands-on assistance.
My data is not updating and can log on.
My wife can log on to a computer but will not send the code to her phone to be able to log on her device.
The data tracks for a day or 2 then doesn’t. I can uninstall and reinstall often and doesn’t work. The Apple health is active and shows the info but will not update any activity.

Thank you but again my Apple Health is connected and shows all the info just the Go365 will not add the workouts on mine.
I will try my wife’s but the 2 step process is what is not sending the code to the phone.
I can update your device data if it is connected. I am able to see the device connected, but no data is coming over. Can you please disconnect the Apple Health and reconnect it to Go365. Unfortunately, we aren't able to get any data unless the device is connected properly.
How do you disconnect it?
You will have to click into the application > click into steps > scroll to the bottom > click Data Sources & Access > turn Go365 toggle off and then on
