Can't join a private challenge or set up a private challenge

I'm unable to join a private challenge via the email sent by the person who set it up.  I am trying to open the email link on my mobile phone.  Occasionally it will open the go365 app, but when I enter my credentials, it then says they are incorrect. 

I also can't set up a private challenge on my mobile phone. It says that "an error occurred, try again."  I have tried many different challenge names so I don't think that is the problem
