I am in a CSEBA step challenge. When I go into the active challenges it shows I have zero steps. However when I look at my dashboard I have steps all over the place. What gives?
Sorry for any concerns regarding your steps going into your challenge. I was able to refresh your Fitbit device and see the most updated steps. Please allow up to 48 hours for those to fully update in Go365 and in the challenge.
I’m not using Fitbit, I’m using Apple Watch and Apple health app.

I too am having the same issue. The steps show on my dashboard now (took three days to start working) but NOTHING updates to my step challenge. I have the apple watch and health app too. It's driving me nuts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing:(
My apologies. I saw two devices and noticed the most recent. I also updated the Apple Health data to pull over to Go365. Please allow the 24-48 hours for that to show up if it hasn't already.
