Whether from the app or the website when I'm on my phone, I have to get a confirmation email, even if one just closed the app and then open it again. Is this a bug that can be fixed?
Sorry for any concerns you are having logging in. Can you confirm what type of operating system you are using? Is it Apple, Android, etc.?

Ok. Thank you for letting me know. There is a known issue right now with Android phones. There is a fix going in place in the next week or 2. I advise logging on the Go365 website for now at this time.
