Go365 doesn't recognize my phone and has to send a confirmation code every single time I attempt to login on my phone app. Why?

Go 365 says they don't recognize my phone and I have to keep getting a special code to log in every single day? Why? Additionally, even though it says it's connected to my Fitbit my steps don't appear anywhere.
