Go 365 says they don't recognize my phone and I have to keep getting a special code to log in every single day? Why? Additionally, even though it says it's connected to my Fitbit my steps don't appear anywhere.
Sorry for any concerns going on with your login. 1st can you verify what type of device system you are using? Is it Apple, Android, or another system? Also, can you attempt to delete the app and reinstall?

Note: I was able to pull up your account on the website and see your Fitbit is registering your steps as of now.
