Sign in attempt results in error "An error occurred, try again." Have rebooted, cleared caches, uninstalled Go365 and reinstalled, reset password, etc. Still nothing. No problem logging into website. But I need the app to connect my fitness device.

Can't log in to the app.  I get "An error occurred, try again."  Have never been able to log in to the app.  No problem with Chrome, but not on the app. I've rebooted, cleared caches, uninstalled / reinstalled, etc.  I need app to connect to my fitness device.
