I have to put a confirmation number in every time I attempt to sign on to the go365 app. I am using the same phone, why is it having me do it everytime? It is very frustrating. Is there a way to fix this?

We are mainly seeing this occur with Android phones, and there will be a fix in place within the next few weeks!
