My app hasn’t synced my steps since 1/23 and I log in once a week to sync it. Any idea why this might happen?
Sorry for any issues going on with your Go365 and Apple Health registering your steps. I attempted to pull data from the Apple Health, but am not getting anything to pull over. I would advise disconnecting your Apple Health and reconnecting it to Go365 to establish connection again.

Ok I did. Seems to be connected now
That is great news. I am able to pull data so please allow 24-48 hours for the data to show if it hasn't already!
