I always need to request a verification to log in to my device. Why??
Sorry for any issues going on with your Go365 application. Can you confirm what type of device system you are using? Is it Apple, Android, or another system?
This happens to me and everyone I work with as well. It's on the Android app, Windows w/ Chrome browser, Chrome on Android, doesn't matter. It ALWAYS says new device. Humana's support on this is maddening since it has been a long standing issue.

For Android specifically there is a known issue affecting our members. An overall fix will go into place next week.
