When I log onto go365 or the website it says unavailable
Sorry for any issues going on with your Go365 account. I apologize, but the last policy we have for you last is 2018. Please contact your employer to update your policy information since there is no active policy.
We just switched back to humans Jan 1 2020. It’s up to date on Humana.com with the new policy
