My Apple health will not sync with my Go365. I have reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it is not updating my points. Please help.

I have been doing all those things for a week now and nothing has worked. I have removed and reapplied Apple health, I have removed and reinstalled Go365, there is never an update available for Go365 and I have restarted my phone several times also. Is there another solution than this one??
Thank you for that information! Are you able to provide a screenshot of your Apple Health showing connected from your Go365 Mobile app? I would like to take this to our IT department for further investigation.
