I am not receiving points for weekly meditation (mindfulness log). It should be 10 points a week. I called, supposedly they reset my account. This has been since Jan. How do I get help?
I can confirm that we are not being sent data from your Stop, Breathe & Think app. Please disconnect this app from Go365, and reconnect. Be sure that you are connecting with the correct email/password combination, not Facebook or other.
You will also need to ensure that this Weekly Log activity is set within your Go365 mobile app. It frequently expires.
