I submitted my bio-metric screening form, it was accepted and appears I got credit for it, but did NOT receive the points?
I know that this can be confusing.
Trends have shown that blood pressure, total cholesterol, and blood glucose does not drastically change from year to year for healthy individuals. After reviewing your account, I show that Points were automatically awarded for Cholesterol and Blood Pressure this year. Since these measurements were in healthy range last year, the results carried over and Points were awarded as of 01/01/2020, which is why you see 0 awarded for the screening on 01/12/2020. You can view the Points awarded under the Prevention and Healthy Living categories, but be sure to check under both dates. View your Points by clicking Dashboard > View Go365 Statement. You received the same amount of Points, just at different times.
BMI and glucose screening Points will display on 1/12/2020 (BMI never automatically rolls over).
At the beginning of your plan year, you can check your Go365 Statement to see what screenings awarded prior to completing your Biometric Screening. Even if Points were already awarded, you may want to check with your Human Resources Department for possible employer-given incentives and/or requirements.
