My workouts did not sync from 1/17/19 - 2/4/20. My Garmin app is connected and the workouts are showing there but not in Go365. Everything is connected correctly but I did not get any points for workouts or even steps for these dates.
So sorry for any issues going on with your steps and points registering for your Daily Workouts. I checked your currently connected Garmin device and pulled all data from the beginning of the year. Please allow 24-48 hours for steps to reflect points since I was able to pull the data. Thanks for your patience.
