I have not been able to log in for at least two weeks. I have been an avid user for several years, and now get error messages on the app and the desktop version. Very frustrated.
We are so sorry for any issues going on with your account. Do you have a current insurance or standalone Go365 policy thru Humana? I am unable to find you in our systems for either Humana or Go365. This could be why you no longer have access.
