I received no points for the 21st and 22nd from my garmin device. Not sure why. Had very active days.

I can see that your Garmin device was connected to Go365 on 2/23. Unfortunately, since that connection was not authorized until that date, the data from before will not transfer.
How many steps did you have on those days? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Attached are 2 images. All I had was steps for the 21st which totaled 6 points. The 22nd I went for maximum points and kept my heart rate elevated above 60% of my maximum for nearly 3-4 hours total, in 2 separate incidents. 60% of my maximum is 116.4 bpm (220-26)*0.60.

Thank you! In order for the Garmin to differentiate between calories burned all day, vs during your workout, you will need to start the workout and stop when completed. A heart rate workout will be calculated by the duration that your heart rate was over 60% of your target heart rate during that workout.
