My points don’t sync regularly. Sometimes it’s a week or more. Also, please accept all data from Apple. Most people in my office have an Apple Watch. I’m really disappointed to work so hard and not see the benefits on Go365. Very disappointing.
Sorry for any frustrations going on with your Apple watch connecting to Go365. I am seeing all days and steps coming through as of today, 2/27/2020. Only steps will come over from Apple Health to Go365.

My app is still only showing 2/18 as the last date with info. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the Go365 app and made sure it and Apple Health are talking to each other, or so it should be. Not sure what to do next.

I am so sorry but generally it can take 24-48 hours for data to show up on your end. Again, I'm able to see your steps without any discrepancies with points. Would be under Daily Workouts for points.
