I am so sorry for any issues going on with your Go365 login. Unfortunately, it looks like the last policy for Go365 ended at the end of 2019.
Website is a little buggy, finickey--I had to go back and forth and re-sign into the Humana website again
It could be because you have to accept the 2020 terms and conditions if it is your 1st time registering on the website.
