Why am I not getting my points for new activities like visiting a park and stretching? I'm submitting photos for proof, but there's no guidance at all for what the pics are supposed to be to qualify.
When you submit proof it has to be tied to the said activity that is involved. For instance, if you are visiting a park you can take a picture of you at that park which would qualify. It can take up to 48 hours for that to reward for you if you just submitted a photo.
Ok. I get that you're Humana, not some fake Nigerian Prince asking for my bank account info, but I don't feel comfortable sending pictures of my face through some who-knows-where-it-goes faceless program just to qualify for an extra ~$1/month on a health insurance rewards program. For "take the stairs", I submitted a photo of the stairs I used at my most recent work trips. For "stretching", I submitted a photo of my fingers touching my toes after a workout. For "visit a park", I submitted a photo of one of the hiking trails I used during my many visits to local state parks (btw, the ability to geotag would make this easier and less data than a picture). For "walk your dog", I submitted a photo of my dogs on leashes. For "walking breaks", I submitted a photo of a trail at a local farm I visited during a work trip. For "park farther away", I submitted a photo of our vehicles further away from our driveway. I've gotten three "+0" points on my statement for new habits the last 2 weeks, only once have I gotten "+25", and neither 0 nor 25 on my statement for at least two activities. I admit the last one could've been a pic of my parking far away on work trips, but I forgot to take one.
You can do up to 1 per month for 25 points. So, this could be why if you did multiple ones that it may not have rewarded and shows 0.
