I am trying to enable the Beacon feature, it says my location services are on but my Bluetooth is off. I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off and nothing seems to work. I have an iPhone 11.

To check-in with the Beacon feature, you must:• Walk in range of the Beacon up to 50 ft.• Activate the Beacon check-in feature, located in the Go365 app.• Activate and allow Go365 notifications.• Bluetooth must be turned on.• Valid Internet connection, via the phone’s data or Wi-Fi.
Note: Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and the Location Services are enabled within your phone's settings. To check-in through the Beacon, login to the Go365 mobile app > click Account & Settings > Beacon > Choose location. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Points to be awarded. Points awarded will be found under the Fitness category if you click Dashboard and click the link to View Go365 Statement in the Recent Earnings box on the left. You can view your check-ins on the calendar by clicking the 'Daily Workouts' link on your Dashboard in the Weekly View section.
