I have had my fitbit synched to go365 for close to a year. In the past 30-45 I stopped getting points for all me steps. For instance yesterday 17,000+ steps and either only 2 or 3 steps. I am losing many points. Why is this happening?

Unfortunately, I am not seeing that Fitbit is connected to Go365. Can you please follow the process in How to connect your Fitbit and let me know when this has been completed. The steps that you are seeing are being tracked through Shealth and would be lower if you do not carry your phone throughout the day or during your workout.
