I am sorry for any concern going on with your device and steps not registering. I want to reassure you that you are getting the points and steps as of todays date 3/4/2020. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for points and steps to reflect on your account.
Everything updated but now it has stopped updating as of 3/5? I understand
it takes a day or two but a week
seems like something isn't working correctly.

Sorry for the issue. I would advise disconnecting and reconnecting your device from and to Go365 so you can reestablish connection. Then, allow up to 48 hours for points to reflect.
