My steps on my iPhone vs my steps on my challenges are not the same I use an Apple Watch and iPhone I’ve uninstalled the go365 app and reinstalled and it’s still not correct
I apologize for the delay! With challenges, it can take up to an additional 48 hours for your steps to reach the challenges once they are showing on Go365. This is a natural delay, and there is always an uploading time after the challenge has finished to allow all of the steps to update. Check out the post below for more details!

They have a great tip: Make sure that your Go365 is showing connected to the "Apple Health" App.
Also, with watches make sure they are connecting often with that "Apple Health" App on your phone.
I know with my Fitbit watch I have to go to the "Fitbit App" on my phone and "Refresh" my information a couple of times a day so that it shows the most up to date information.
The Go365 App will only reflect what your connected "App" shows so I recommend doing this once in the morning, afternoon/evening.
I noticed Go365 didn't have my update steps from Sunday, so I went to my Fitbit App and found it hadn't refreshed in a while. Today I look at my Go365 Statement and all my Steps are there from my Fitbit App
