Is there some reason the Go365 app is not syncing up and showing all steps I have on my Fitbit Charge 3?
I apologize that your Fitbit is not syncing over all of your steps on your go365 account.
If your Fitbit account is showing your correct steps, please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365, and then reconnect.
When you reconnect please allow all data to be shared with Go365 and allow 24-48hrs for those steps to sync over.
