Steps remain at 0 and my Fitbit app is connected
Sorry for any issues going on with your Fitbit device. I was able to pull for the last 60 days from your Fitbit device, but it does look like there was a gap in February where we are not getting steps. This could mean there was a disruption in connection. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your device tot make sure its showing accurately.
