Did you connect your facility to Go365 by putting your gym membership id, name, email, and enrollment date? I would suggest checking that on our website to make sure the information's correct.
Where do I go on 365 to add the gym?
GO365.com > Quick links > partnered gym facilities > search based off zip code and distance > select gym > enter gym information needed.
