I have 2 months of steps and sleep related info but it won't go to the app. None if it, even daily.

When you say "My fitbit is connected" does that mean it is "connected" to your Fitbit App only?
Is your Fitbit showing that it is "connected" to your Go365 Account when you go into your Go365 Account settings?
