Is the system down, or is there an issue with my account?
I apologize for any issues going on with your Go365 account. I am able to see that your new Go365 policy started on 3/1. I would suggest going to Go365.com and make sure you have to correct username and possibly resetting your password. This could be why you did not have access on 2/29/20 since your policy did not start until 3/1/2020.
