I have uninstalled...restarted...and reinstalled trying to rectify this issue. When will it be fixed?
So sorry for the issue with your Go365 application. Can you confirm what type of device you are using? Also, are you able to get onto the website? I would suggest first seeing if the username and password are correct on the website before attempting on the app.

Hi...I definitely can use it in my mobile...Android. However it keeps telling me that I'm using a new device and refers me to email to get a code.
