I haven’t had any points rewarded since February and my husband has been longer on his device. We both have the Apple health app connected.
You may need to refresh your connection. To do so, you will need to delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, and then reconnect Apple Health. How to connect Apple Health
When reconnecting, be sure you select "turn all categories on" or no data will be sent to us.
I can look into your account more closely, if you sign into your Go365.com account (it does not appear that you have recently). Let me know when you have completed the steps above!
