i have to verify my phone each time I log in. It is really annoying. I was hoping this will change after I got a new phone but still having same issues. Please help
So sorry for any frustrations going on with logging in. Can you confirm for me what type of device/device system you are using? Also, can you attempt to delete the application and redownload to ensure most updated application?
It occurs on my laptop and phone (Samsung). I have deleted the app multiple times and I actually just started with a new phone with same issues.
Ok thank you. There is a known issue with Android users. If you want to use a workaround you can use the website or we will have a fix going into place towards the end of the month.
