I haven't received daily points since Feb 13th. I usually average around 5 or 6 per day. Is there a reason why?

With Apple Health, you will need to log into your Go365 Mobile app frequently in order for the steps to transfer to Go365. It is not uncommon to see a delay in your steps when you login. This will be corrected after you login, within the next 24-48 hours.
