I completed a Recommended Activity - the Getting Active Course on 03/02/2020 and 7 days later it still shows 0 points awarded? This is actually the 2nd year in a row I have received 0 points, is there a cap on Recommended Activities for Courses?

When the course is tied to a recommended activity, and completed, you will see it as "Getting Active Course" 0 Points. This will trigger it to award within 72 hours. It is completed this way because the courses are completed through a second system and they need to flow to the Go365 system to award the Points.
Are you currently on the Go365 Mobile app? There is a current issue, where some of the activities that require going through a second system to not show awarded. I apologize for the inconvenience. I can confirm that your course has been awarded for 400 Points.
You will be able to verify this by going to www.go365.com on your mobile browser or computer and accessing your Go365 Statement. The issue is with the Go365 Mobile app only.
