Everytime I log it it says the app does not recognize this device and makes me enter 5 digit number from email
I would love to help you with that and provide more information! I would also be having those questions.
Are you currently using an Android device to access your Go365 Mobile app? There is currently a known issue and a fix is being put into place with Samsung by the end of the month.
