Can't use the app on my Samsung S8

I can't log into Go365 app on my Samsung S8 with the latest update.  Says "An Error Has Occurred", try again later. I've been trying for 2 days.  I have uninstalled, cleared cache, rebooted device, etc. multiple times.  Please help.  I see other similar posts, but nothing lately.
