365 doesn't recognize my phone. I have to get a code every time I log in.
I can understand why you are reaching out to us about that. I know that it can cause some concerns about your account. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Are you currently using an Android device to access the Go365 Mobile app? There is currently a known issue and there is a fix going into place at the end of the month.
