After I work out, I look to see if it has been tracked on my Go360 app. Sometimes it doesn’t count my steps. I also don’t get points for working out.

I can see that you are using Apple Health as your device. Apple Health will share steps tracked with your phone or Apple Watch, it will not share calorie or heart rate workouts. In order for Apple Health to share the data with Go365, please be sure to log into your Go365 Mobile app frequently. Once you login, it will take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to upload and the Points to award.
I can see that your steps are uploading to your Go365 account. If you are looking immediately after your workout, the data may not have been updated. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after logging into your Go365 Mobile app for the data to update.

Thank you so much! I tend to be a little impatient, as we have challenge going on at my work right now! I did find that the points were loading, it just took a little bit for it to happen. Thanks again for looking into this for me.
