My steps aren’t showing in my challenge

What iphone model and IOS version do you have?
How often do you log into your Go365 Mobile app from your iphone?
Have you recently had to reconnect Apple Health?

I have done all that was asked above. I have not recently gotten a new phone and my phone doesn’t require an update at this time. I usually log into the app daily.

When did you last complete the uninstall and reinstall of the Go365 Mobile app?
I reinstalled the same day as the last email you sent.

Please be sure to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to allow Apple Health to send the steps to Go365.
Will I also get daily points added for exercising? Those are not showing except for the last 2 days.
