Everytime I log in it’s saying my account is not supported with Go365?! Why is that?
I can understand the concern that this can cause, that would frustrate me too.
Are you trying to log in through the Go365 Mobile app? I can see that you have an active Medicare Policy, unfortunately, the Go365 Mobile app is not available for Medicare Members at this time.
However, you can still use your mobile phone by accessing www.go365.com from your phones internet browser.
