Since Apple Health stores your steps on your phone and not a server, you will need to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to avoid any missing data or delays. Once you log into the Go365 Mobile app, allow 24-48 hours for your steps to upload and your Points to award.
After reviewing your account, I can see that your steps have updated and your Points have awarded.
