A code is emailed to me and when I use it I get msg that the device is now secured. But it is not, because I continue to get that msg when logging into Go365.
I can see how that process can cause frustration. I am sorry for any troubles that you are having.
Are you using an Android device? A current issue was discovered between the Android operating system and the Go365 Mobile app that does not allow it to recognize your device. Please know that this is a top priority and there is a fix going into place to address the verification issue shortly.
