steps will not update from last week onto go 365 and it’s for a competition for work. See attached.
I can understand the frustration that this can cause and I am sorry for any trouble! Let me take a closer look at your account and see what I can do to help resolve this.
After reviewing your account, I can see that the connection between your Fitbit and Go365 has been halted. This means that Fitbit stopped sending the data to Go365 and it can happen for a number of reasons.
To resolve this, we just need to refresh the connection. Please disconnect your Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect using your Fitbit email and password login information. Be sure to allow all data to be shared with Go365, if not it can cause the connection to halt at a later date.
