Why am I still being asked to verify when I log on the computer and with my app? I have a android phone and it has been asking me this for a code for 6 months.

There was a known issue discovered with the Android system and the Go365 Mobile app. Please know that our IT department is working on this and there is a fix that is being put into place to address this issue shortly.
