Why does the Go365 app not recognize my phone? Every time I open the app on my mobile it asks for confirmation code.

Are you using an Android device? A current issue was discovered between the Android operating system and the Go365 Mobile app that does not allow it to recognize your device. Please know that this is a top priority and there is a fix going into place to address the verification issue shortly.
