My ihealth hasn’t synced since March 6
It appears that we have been receiving data from Fitbit up until 3/6/20. Are you still utilizing a Fitbit device to track your steps?
If so, please ensure that your tracker is synced with your Fitbit account, and your steps are displaying on your Fitbit account for 3/6-present.
No, my fitbit broke so I need it to sync with IHealth instead

Unfortunately, we have not received data from Apple Health since within 2019. To refresh your connection, please delete your Go365 mobile app, reinstall, and reconnect Apple Health. How to connect Apple Health
When reconnecting, please be sure to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared.
