I haven’t gotten any points since what seems like a whole year! I don’t know if I’m getting the points or if they just not showing on the 365 app? Is there a way you can help me. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and it’s connected with the Health app

From the 365 app it’s not showing my points from working out or running. My phone is connected with the health app. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. I workout at least 4-5 times a week. Can you help me with updating my points or providing some help here.
