With Apple Health, please be sure to log into your Go365 Mobile app frequently for the steps to transfer and the Points to award. If you login, and notice a gap, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to update and award.
Since you are using the Apple Watch, please be sure that your priority is set to the watch over the phone.
